Provide Proof of Damage
If your chocolate bars arrived broken or melted, please attach a clear photo of the damaged items and the shipping packaging for our records.
Receive Return Authorization
Once reviewed, we will send you a return authorization number or confirm if a physical return is necessary given the perishable nature of the goods.
Refund or Replacement
After processing your request, we will either ship out a fresh batch of chocolate immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
